Jacqueline's First Real Photo Shoot Part II

I finished scanning the rest of Jacqueline's pictures yesterday with the intent of posting them today, but there are nine of them so I figure I will space them out over the next few weeks instead. (I promised her she would be the most famous Long Hair Chihuahua on the Internet.) They will make nice entries for the Carnival of the Dogs at Mickey's Musings anyway.

Those are beautiful pictures of her. Is she trained to stay still like that?

Actually, there is a team that shows up from time to time at the local pet stores. The photographer sets up the shot, and then his assistant holds the dog in place until they become relaxed. Then the photographer uses a prop, such as a box of dog treats, to get the dogs attention. More often than not the dog responds as Jacqueline did by tilting their head, and lifting their ears.
