Another Morning with Jackie and Angel

For some reason I haven't taken many pictures of our two favorite pups lately. I'm a bad doggy daddy. So, driven by guilt, I got the camera down this morning and snapped a few for your viewing pleasure. I hope you appreciate it.

Each morning I put the two dogs on the bed while I get ready for work. This keeps them in one spot so that after I am all washed up and dressed I can efficiently heard them out into the living room, and then out to the backyard so that they can, um, do their business. While they do that, I start the coffee. Once the coffee gets going, I let them back in, and feed them. That's pretty much the extent of our morning routine....

As I get ready for work, Jackie looks for a way off of the bed. Both of them are rather anxious by this point to get outside because, as most of us know, you gotta go in the morning! While Jackie waits to get down, she decides to do a little ear cleaning. As soon as I get her off the bed, Jackie heads straight for her favorite spot in the whole house. Under the bed. There is only one way to get her out from under the bed, and that is to say the secret word. And that word would be, "Cookie". In the morning, however, she runs out when I open the bedroom door because she knows breakfast is on its way. Papa inhales his food, and is usually done before his dish even hits the floor. Jackie is a delicate little flower, and so it takes her a little longer to finish. But that isn't to say she doesn't relish her food. Here we see Jackie holding her dish in place as she gets every single last morsel.
